Pool and Terrace

The South facing aspect of the villa means that the pool area is in the sun from early morning through to sunset. The villa is on the top of a slight hill and terrace/pool is therefore very private (not overlooked).
The outside terrace is easily accessed via Patio doors from the kitchen, which allows easy outdoor dining. In addition there is a large charcoal fired BBQ for the full Al-fresco dining experience. The swimming pool is 8 m by 4 m. Approximately 1m deep at the shallow end, sloping to 2 m at the deep end. The pool is cleaned twice weekly in the summer. There are ample sun loungers and out door chairs. A gorgeous pergola was added in 2020 to give some additional shade to the patio. |

The kitchen is luxuriously equipped with appliances (oven, hob, American style fridge/freezer (with ice maker), microwave and dishwasher) and black granite worktops.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for 12 guests. |
Living Room

The lounge is very generously proportioned with dual aspect patio doors to access to outside space.
The room is air-conditioned, but also has a wood burner ventilated fireplace for the cooler winter months. The room is equipped with TV and DVD. The following UK TV channels are available: BBC 1-4, ITV and C4. In addition many local language channels are available. A number of DVDs for all age groups are available, as well as a small number of English Language books. Wifi is available in the lounge (and throughout the property). |

The villa has 5 generous double bedrooms each with plenty of dressing and storage space.
3 bedrooms are located on the living level, all with air-conditioning. 2 Further bedrooms (one with twin beds) are located on the lower level. |

The property has 3 Bathrooms in total. On the living level there are 2 bathrooms with showers. On the lower level there is 1 bathroom with full sized bath.
