I'm sure if any of you have been to the Eastern Algarve you will have come across this magazine. We try and pick up a copy when we're visiting as it always has some interesting local information.  It was great to discover the website for the magazine (www.eastalgarvemag.com) also has links to a number of previous editions. Now it's really easy to look at the magazines we miss when we're not in Portugal.
If you intend visiting any of these towns: Olhao, Tavira, Santa Luzia, Luz Tavira, Fuseta, Castro Marim, Cabanas, Monte Gordo, Vila Real St Antonio, you will find the magazine an excellent source of local information. The last issue had a great review on Alcoutim, which is 40 Km in land from us and is now definitelty on the list of 'thing to do' next time where on the Algarve. If any of you are planning to buy a property in Portugal, you'll find most of the Estate Agents on the East Algarve advertise in this magazine. |
